Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website itylfeltd.site and any engagement with Itylfe Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Itylfe Ltd, registered in Scotland, with its address at 4 Kaims Place, Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, EH54 7DX, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 794 078 606.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Independence
We hold no vendor partnership, reseller agreement, referral arrangement or affiliate relationship with any supplier, and we receive no commission, margin, rebate, referral fee or other benefit from any supplier whose product or service we may assess or recommend. We do not resell hardware, software or services. Our fees are paid by the client and by nobody else. If any relationship of that kind were to arise in relation to an engagement, we would disclose it in writing before the work began, and the client could decline to proceed.
3b. Engagements and advice
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and work outside that scope is quoted separately. Estimates are given in good faith on the information available at the time and are not fixed prices unless expressly stated to be. Advice relates to the circumstances, information and systems presented to us at the time it is given; where information is estimated, incomplete or supplied by a third party, that is stated. Cost figures for options are estimates based on the pricing and licensing available at the time and are not quotations from any supplier. Recommendations are for the client to decide upon and act on, and we accept no responsibility for a decision taken on a basis we were not told about or for work carried out by a third party. The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and access it supplies, for its own backups and for its own security. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, that is governed by a separate written agreement and the client remains the data controller. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and give no financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
